First, P&S Builders warranty of quality and assurance.

Secondly, every P&S Builders new home is automatically enrolled in the in the RWC (Residential Warranty Corp) 10 Year New Home Warranty Plan.

(10 year structural, 2 year plumbing, HVAC, electrical, one year all other components)

Financing

Mortgage financing and extended rate locks are available. FHA-VA-MMP & Conventional available.
